FAQ

What is the cut-off date to get the next month's sticker pack? 

We take orders up until the 25th of each month for the next month's pack (the exception being Feb 22nd). We ship packs by the 4th of each month. 

For example: if you sign up on June 20th, you will receive a July pack. If you sign up on June 27th, you will receive an August pack.  

When will I get my sticker pack?

You'll be notified via when your stickers are in the mail. They'll head your way via USPS first class mail around the 4th of each month. 

Delivery Times: 

US: 2-10 shipping days

Canada: 5-12 shipping days

UK: 2-3 weeks

Everywhere else: Up to 4-6 weeks

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in the US, and $5 if you live anywhere else.

Up to 15 sheets of our stickers + An additional special sticker sheet or item + A collectible sticker from our vault  + Reusable packaging + Exclusive coupons

What age is this for?

Our sticker club is great for ages 4-104!

Will popular sticker designs be included more than once?

Yes, we spend countless hours deliberating just the right mix of stickers for our packs–which may include fan favorites like classic bears or sparkly rainbows more than once in order to make the best assortment possible.
